My name is Weronika. I’m a self-taught baker and food photographer based in London. I started Pinch of Baking Love at the end of 2021 and never imagined that I’d be creating my own recipes a little after that!
The first memory I have of me baking is in my Grandma's kitchen baking cookies together for our Christmas trees. One of the many reasons why I love baking and festive season so much.
Baking is fun... Gifting is fun... BUT...
Seeing people's eyes light up,
The anticipation on their face before they devour the baked goods,
The faces they pull while eating,
The joy that is written all over their face,
The flood of compliments that follow
... always set my heart on fire.
And for that I will always be grateful.
Baking connects people and I refuse to believe otherwise.
