I’m a self-taught baker and food photographer based in London. I started Pinch of Baking Love at the end of 2021 and never imagined that I’d be creating my own recipes a little after that! But life sometimes has its own way of creating new paths to explore, so I decided to create a space where I could share my recipes and passion for baking with you. Welcome to my little baking corner. I hope you'll stay here for longer! 

The first memory I have of me baking is in my Grandma’s kitchen baking cookies together for our Christmas trees - another reason why I love baking and the festive season so much. I always baked a lot, but it wasn’t until 2021 when I became more interested in pastry desserts that I started baking a few times a week... almost every week!

I’m passionate about food, experimenting in the kitchen and trying out new flavours. I love to host dinner parties for my friends and I am often wondering what I’d prepare if I was ever going to host Come Dine with me. Have you ever thought about it too?
